Dr. David Lewis is a San Antonio native and a graduate of Baylor University. At Baylor, he met his wife, Kelly and they have been happily married since 1989. After graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 1990, Dr. David joined the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Dental Corp. Following the completion of a one year General Practice Residency in Georgia, they were stationed in Germany for three years. Dr. David then moved back to San Antonio after his military service and joined his dad, Dr. Bob Lewis, in private practice.
Dr. David and Kelly have three children, a daughter (and son-in-law) and two sons. He and his family are members of Community Bible Church. He is active in a local non-profit hunting and fishing organization, Trinity Oaks, and directs their Youth Division. Apart from God, his wife and practicing dentistry, Dr. David's passions are hunting and his children. So, if he is not in the office, he's probably out in the woods or on the water with his family or friends!
Dr. David has had extensive training in Cosmetic Dentistry throughout his career. He continues his training with multiple classes and lectures each year. Enhancing a patient's smile is his favorite thing to do. "It's fun and can really change a person's self-image and boost their confidence", says Dr. David.
Dr. Jack Kelly was born in Lubbock, TX but grew up in New Hampshire. His Texas roots brought him back down to Baylor University where he met his wife, and Dr. David's daughter, Jennifer. They got married in 2017 and lived in Boston, MA while he completed dental school at Tufts Dental School. After graduating in 2019, Dr. Jack completed an AEGD residency program in Waco, TX before settling down in San Antonio. Dr. Jack enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family. His favorite hobbies include hunting and fishing, hiking, and golfing.
Margaret has cared for the financial and insurance needs of our patients since joining our dedicated dental team in 2011. Her expertise and diligence ensures that each patient is able to maximize their insurance benefits. She and her husband Joe have been married since 1999. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cooking, movies, and of course the SPURS!
Grace is a native of San Antonio and graduated from San Antonio College of Dental Assisting. She has been a dental assistant since 1979, and joined Dr. Lewis in 2018. Grace says, "I love what I do and my patients are important to me." Helping them achieve that beautiful smile is one of her primary goals. She loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her great nephews and nieces. Grace enjoys dancing and is always smiling!
Lisette Garza is our Patient Care Coordinator, dedicated to making every patient's experience smooth and stress-free. She assists with all aspects of scheduling; new patient appointments, cleanings, referrals and even ongoing treatment needs. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Lisette's favorite part of her work is helping people feel cared for and comfortable.
When she's not at the office, you'll find her spending time with her dogs, enjoying the outdoors and cheering on her favorite teams — the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs!
Sydney Jendrusch is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Temple College in 2020. Known for her gentle touch and caring approach, Sydney is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, and running.
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Genevieve brings both expertise and compassion to every patient. She takes special pride in making those with dental anxiety feel comfortable and confident during their visits. Genevieve became a Registered Dental Assistant through the UT Health Science Center in 2012 and joined Creating Beautiful Smiles in May 2024. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, fishing, watching movies, and cheering on her favorite teams— the San Antonio Spurs and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
